At KidKraft, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that finding the perfect fit for your child is always stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hangtags are securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
